Act 150 Funding is state and county funding through the PA Office of Long Term Living that is given to counties for use in specific categories of need. The eligibility criteria for Act 150 Funding is similar to that of the Attendant Care Waiver and thus, this funding is often referred to as Attendant Care/Act150 Funding.
To take advantage of the Attendant Care Act 150 Program, you may be assessed a minimal co-payment. This co-payment is based on your income and will not be more than the total costs of services.
The use and authorization of Act 150 funding dollars is at the discretion of the Office of Long Term Living.
